If I drink nothing but liquid for 7 days, how much weight will I lose?!


Question: If I drink nothing but liquid for 7 days, how much weight will I lose!?
I'm kind of sick, so all I'm doing is drinking cranberry juice and water!. How many pounds do you think I'll lose!.!.!.and I KNOW they weight will come back on!.!.but ne way, how much!?

the most you will lose depends on what else you do besides drinking water and cranberry juice!. you should eat fruits and vegaiables and try doing some walking or light exercises to help increase the chances of you losing more than the basic 5lbs-10bs!. if u exercise u really should eat some fruit or vegaiables to keep you from being dizzy!. but you will need to do something physical if u dont you will lose maybe 5lbs but to increase these chances you should do light exerices!. It also depend on how fast your body burns fat in order for u to loss weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drinking liquids won't help you lose weight on its own!. You lose weight from burning more calories than you take in!.

Calculate your baseline daily caloric reqirements by seeing how many calories you eat in a week and averaging (during that week your weight must remain constant!.) Once you know that, just eat 500 calories less than you normally would every day!. 3500 calories=1 pound of fat; by eating 500 calories less every day, you'll lose 1 pound a week!.
Also, you could burn more calories by doing cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You realize your BMI is only around 22, right!? Not only does that put you smack in the middle of a healthy weight, but at 14 you're growing still and your body could deal with less disturbance!. I don't know why you'd risk fainting, diarrhea, and other misfortunes over exercising and just leading a healthier lifestyle!. I think you'd feel better not only physically but mentally too if you put a little movement into your regime and a little less neglect of substances you won't find in your diet of cranberry juice and water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

b4 you do this for too long i will tell you my info!. I am 13, 5'5, and 144lbs!. please dont try to lose more weight! but if you must you will probably loose!.!.!. about anywere from 5-14 lbs but please dont try to loose too much you sound like a perfect weight right now!. you could get under weight if you are in the 120's and never try to be in the 110's-119's you will be underweight! if you wanna loose any extra fat just hit the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when i got sick for a week i had no appetite and i was in bed all week all i ate was crakers and drank water i lost 12 pounds!!!=D when i got better everyone notice! =) but then i gained all my weight back so that sucked! I CANT WAIT TO GET SICK AGAIN!! =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well 3 days would be a better idea and than eat really low fat diet!. 7 days could actually harm the internal organs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
