its really pretty simple!.!.!.most people complicate it!. Eat less and more healthy and exercise such as running, biking!.!.!.things that get your heart rate up!. okay what I would do is jog in the neighborhood!. or if u have a dog walk the dog around!. Also u could probally go to the gym and work out there!. U could also enter a sport to keep u active!. continue exercising!. focus more on cardio, not so much weights!. cardio burns fat!. weights tone and sculpt and develop or maintain muscle !.muscle gives you strength/what u use to do cardio!.
eat less calories!. here's a good formula:
example:
my weight : 170
add 0 to end: 1700
minus my weight:1530
1530 my ideal coloric intake while i'm trying to lose weight!.

fruits, veggies, bread, dairy, meat, and Leave!!!

RUN!!! You need to run at least three days a week (start out at a mile and then work your way up), every other day!. For instance, Run Mon , Wed, and Fri!. Then on Tues, Thurs!. and Sat you should just work out with your muscles!. On Sunday's, don't do anything!. Do plenty of cardio exercises jogging, jump roping and walking at least a mile or more a day until you get that good sweat in also ab execises will help burn that any fat you have on your stomach!. These can all be done in your house or outside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Excersising doesn't do much exceot for calories burning!. The only thing you need to do for losing weight is portion control!. You have to remember your fist is the size of your stomach!. And you shouldn't have more than 2,000 calories a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

I run in intervals around the neighborhood and its great!. I run until my body absolutely forces me to stop then i just walk until my heart rate drops low (I just check my pulse with my hand) then I start running again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
