What is a suitable days meal plan?!


Question:

What is a suitable days meal plan?

So far I've consumed around 865 Calories. I am tring to keep track of my calories. I ate 9 baby carrots and 5 cherry tomatos. For a snack I ate 1 Orval Redenbackers Popcorn caremel cake. For lunch I ate 2 Mc Donalds raps. For a mid afternoon snack I am eating 9 carrots and 3 cherry tomatos. I will probably have a boiled chicken brest with something else like some steamed veggies...

Does this sound like a suitable day of eating? I love carrots, so I thought it is a healthy sensable snack.

while it may be low calorie, it is not necessarily healthy or fulfilling. eating veggies is great! maybe try to increase your protein to help yourself feel full and increase energy. why not try a piece of fruit and yogurt for breakfast or a whole grain bagel with low fat peanut butter, carrots for a snack, a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread and light mayo for lunch with a side of cherry tomatoes, another snack of veggies or a caramel cake for a treat and a sensible dinner like the chicken breast with steamed veggies. 9 baby carrots isn't very much. you could eat 100 and still not consume that many calories!
