Question: Is it a good idea to drink water with lemon, in stead of eating food for breakfast!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
because i go for a run each morning for an hour and a half (so i cant eat food first thing)!.!.!.!. and i'm trying to lose weight!.
is it a good way of getting my metabolism boosted JUST before i exercise!?!

Great question!. Breakfast is a must and most people neglect it far too often, but many people like the advantages of working out before eating breakfast!. So it's good to hear you eat breakfast after the run!.

not a good idea,breakfast is the most important meal of the day,it gets your metabolism working,if you dont eat your metabolism slows down!.The best thing to do is eat a good breakfast and lunch but a small evening meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Always have you breakfast first!
After your run drink plenty of water
Light lunch- salad etc!.
Evening meal before 8!.00pm
And just move around more
Do not eat between these meals
With the above you will get all the nutrition you need but will lose weight because of the moving about you are doing!

as long as you have a breakfast when you get back i think a large drink would be a good idea but i don't think that the lemon is essential!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may want to temper the lemon water with some real food, albeit light in calories!.
