16%-28% body fat is healthy for a female your age!. If you are athletic and weighing only 120lb at 5ft4, I'm guessing you will be at the lower end of this range (i!.e!. 16%-24%)!.

first, answerer Gabriel is stupid, ur not fat!. Look up a Body Mass Index chart online!. But to get an idea of how much is fat as opposed to muscle, get a workup with a personal trainer at a gym!. They can do all the calculations and measurements!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
