I'm 14, and need to loose 3-5 pounds in 1 week. How?!
Question: I'm 14, and need to loose 3-5 pounds in 1 week!. How!?

no fruits! no veggies! omg!. then thats going to be hard!. if you cant eat those then just go on a cottage cheese diet!. theres not a lot of calories or fat!. be sure to work out as well!. if you eat 500 calories less a day and walk for 45 minuets a day ( you would burn a least 200 calories) your certain to loose one pound a week!. if you loose more than one pound a week it really isnt that healthy for you!. always try to be super healthy when your on a diet!. also try slimfast shakes or energy bars!. also drink green tea, by it's self, (no sugar cream etc!.) green tea boosts your metabolism and energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
