ok...if you have used it can yu tell me these things:
1. does it work?
2. how soon do you see results? (along with excersize and eating the right proteins and food)
3.in the time that you saw results...how much did you see? how many lbs or inches did you see where gone?....
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!! I NEED INFORMATION!! i tryed to make it as clear as i could with the questions...if you could...can you please try and understand and answer it clearly for me? thank you!

Ephedra is illegal here in the US-- or at least I recall them removing it from products about 5 years ago.
It's essentially speed- no magic pill. It basically makes you jittery so you burn extra calories off with all that shaking. The real results are from eating a good diet and exercising regularly with cardio and weights.
PS- don't listen to the person trying to make you do the "cleanse". Obviously they're trying to sell something, and if you really want to try that program, just stop eating-- and never start again.
