How to get skinny over a 3 month period?!


Question: How to get skinny over a 3 month period!?
Okay so i know i am obese!. I'm 13 and weigh like around 200!. i want to lose 75 pounds over the summer so when i go back to school they can eat their words about my weight! lol!. i am not looking for any drastic eating plans or 5 hour workouts!. Plus i like to eat out of boredom so any other activities besides eating would be cool to!. And no i am not some giant fatty that sits around crying and shoveling chocolate in their face! i have friends and a life! lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well losing 75 lbs is very unrealistic like that other person said!. When i was on a diet i lost 10 lbs in a month just by walking around shopping everyday outside in the hot weather then 20 lbs more in the next two months!. Just get plenty of exercise and drink lots of water!. During your diet try and stay away from junk food because it really makes a big difference! Try and eat less but healthier everyday!. You have to be willing to change something in order to lose the weight!.I really don't think 75lbs!. in 3 months is a very realistic goal!.You have to set a realistic goal for your weight loss so you wont fail or feel like you failed!.You have to watch what you eat plain and simple,and you have to exercise!.I have lost 30 lbs!. since January , and I walk 4 miles a day and I eat lots of protein and fresh fruit and veggies!.You have to work at it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Drink a lot of water, take stairs rather than the elevator, ask your parents to park far away from stores, eat fruits and vegetables rather than fatty foods!. Replace Coffee with tea, and stop dirnking soda!. Also any type of cardio is great even if you just walk one mile per day eventually you'll feel like thats nothing and you can do so much more!. good luck:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
