Question: How do u lose ten lbs!. in a month!?
Answers:
this is what my aunt did and she lost 13 pounds in 1 month
get at least 8 hrs sleep
eat a healthy breakfest (1 slice of tost and 1 orange)
jog for 10-20 minuts
have lunch (whole wheat of whole grain ex!.!.bread with turky or chiken and 1 appel or orange and if you want bolth)
if you get a lilttel bit hungry through out the day have an orange apple or some kind of fruit
have supper any thing healthy
and then work out 1-1/2 hrs
if you can try to find them hemp nuts you can loose 1 pound a day no lie!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

need to eat healthy, count your caloried intake, work out!.
The most important thing is diet!. No matter how hard you work out, you still gain weight or stay there!.
Try to eat a lot of fruit like apple or banana!. Eat 4 small meals throughout the day!. Don't eat at night!.
If you can, try to run about 40 minutes every other day ( boost your metabolism) do some weigh lifting and one trick is eat one serving of yogurt 30 minutes before you go work out ( get the non-fat kind) b/c the high amount of calcium boost your metabolism up!.
Be creative, make your work out fun and don't set your goal too high ( you won't never get it)

You would need to burn 45!.000 calories!. Every pound is 3500 calories!. However alot of times people loose quickly the first couple of weeks on a diet!. It is bloat but who cares!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
