If i was to cut out carbs completly what would i have for breakfast?


Answers:

Eggs, Meat Omelette, ham, sausage, (low carb), bacon

I used to pick on ham, cheese and boiled eggs for breakfast on the Atkins low carb diet. I wasn't hungry through out the day either after eating a good amount of the above.
