Calorie burning, will this work?!

Question: Calorie burning, will this work!?
I am hoping to lose weight!. I started taking hydroxycut last week (I know it's not good for me) along with diet (about 800 calories a day) and exercise!. I have since lost 14 pounds and realize that losing that much weight in a week is not normal at all!. So I have decided to stop taking the pill and try something different!.

My question is: say if I burn off all the calories I eat right after I eat them, will this counteract the intake!. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense so here is an example: For breakfast I eat 300 calories, then I go and do the workout mode on Dance Dance Revolution and burn all 300 of those calories!.!.!.!.!.!.will it counteract the intake!?

I don't want to starve myself, I don't want to throw up everything, and I don't want to rely on a pill!. Will what I described above work!? I have no idea so please help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Believe it or not, you need to eat more!. If you do not have at least 1200 calories left over after all the calories you burned off with extra exercises, you are putting your body into starvation mode!. That means your body will hold on to any calories it gets because it feels deprived, you do not want this! I lost 30 pounds to reach my goal weight in 5 months!. To get there I ate 3 meals and 3 snacks a day!. The meals around 250 cals each, and the snacks around 150!. This way your body gets food every three hours, and learns to expect it, so it will burn off any extra calories it has!. Make sure you pay attention to the quality of your calories (fruits, veggies, whole grains, dairy, protein)!. It is smart of you to stop taking the hydroxycut though!. :) There is no miracle pill!. I know you hear it all the time, but a good diet and exercise is the only way to do it!. The website I used was www!.my-calorie-counter!.com!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you aren't eating nearly enough!. In order to not go into starvation mode, you have to eat 1200 calories at the very least! You should aim for closer to 1500-1600 calories per day!. Contrary to what most people believe, you have to eat to lose weight!. Up your calorie intake, eat healthy foods, and continue to exercise!. That is the best way for permanent weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body needs some calories to survive, to breathe, to pump blood, even to burn calories, so don't try to burn every calorie you eatWww@Answer-Health@Com

That should work alright!.!.!.but you don't need to burn all 300, remember your body uses calories for growing and healing as well as other nutrients that can be burned by exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

800 calories a day is too little!. A good amount is about 1100 to 1300 a day!. If you eat any less than that you lose muscle mass, and run the chance of losing weight too quickly and then you may have saggy skin, stretch marks, etc!.

It's also not good to burn off exactly what you ate as a result!. If you eat 400 calories a meal and then burn it off, you're taking you're body's chance to recover any vitamins and minerals you're body is gaining!. You only lost that much the first week because it's water weight!. Trust me, the pounds will go lower and lower eventually, until you lost 2 to 3 pounds a month!.

I suggest you get off Hydroxycut and diet the normal way: diet and exercise!. I rather take full credit for my weight loss in the end, even if it'll take longer!.

good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
