Question: How to loose weight and become healthy!.!?!?!?
i am 5' 3 1/2'' and im 16 years old!. i've tried dieting and i just can't get myself to exercise!. what is a healthy alternative for me to try!. as in giving dieting and exercise plans and something that i can stick to!. things in your honesty opinions that i can try!. im not interested in websites because they cant give me information that i need without paying for it!. i need a plan that's actually been tried and actually worked for someone!. any advice that you can give me would be helpful and if you're negative about it then you can just leave this question be!.!.!.thanxxx!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Being healthy and getting back to a normal weight can be done EASILY with RAW FOODS!.

Raw foods are the healthiest foods you can eat, and if you fill up on them then you are in GOOD SHAPE!.

fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds!.!.!.!. humans can survive, live, and THRIVE off of these foods!

I lost 10 pounds in 20something days!!!

Your body needs these things!. Especially fruit!. Don't let anyone tell you that fruit has too much sugar!.!.!. humans are MADE to eat fruit!.

My suggestions to you would be to eat fruit smoothies!. Get a blender and blend bananas, strawberries, peaches, with some orange juice!.!.!.!. add ice if you want it colder!.!.!.!. or, better yet, freeze the fruit before you use it!

you can make smoothies out of any fruit, and they will really help you lose weight!.

Also try to get motivated to get active!.!.!. theres no way out of it!. Eating raw foods will definitely help, but you NEED exercise!. Do some jumping jacks, run around your house, play frisbee, get a friend to workout with you!. ITS CRUCIAL!

not to mention, stay as far away as you can from meat and dairy ------- dairy is SO FATTENING and its terrible for you!. Meat is also very bad and both can cause many diseases!. America has been lying to you!.!.!.!.!. we DONT NEED THESE THINGS!

It's something that will motivate you to lose weight, keep you on track, AND keep your stomach full!.

it will teach you how to be healthy and satisfied, as well as making the right and healthy decisions!. when you're on weight watchers you can STILL EAT THE THINGS YOU LIKE! it's just all in moderation and on a "point scale"

i recommend looking up your closest weight watchers place and get one of your family members to do it with and go to the weekly meetings/weigh-ins!. It's the best thing to do i promise you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try drinking a lot of water, eating healthy, and trying pilates or Ab Jam (they sell it online and tv) its fun and it works!. And you can do it in the comfort of your home without going outside!.
