I would like to lose a few lbs, I'm not overweight but I have a little stomach pudge.....?
I'm 5'4, and weigh about 122 but I have a small stomach pudge. I have an ab lounge, but I hate excercising.....I would like to get some advice on maybe dieting tips....like eating smaller meals, but more times a day. Also how many calories one person should eat a day, and what are bad foods and stuff to avoid! THANKS
