Let me see if I can help you put a little bit of lean meat on your bones, so that you don't snap in half!.
Make sure you are eating every 2-3 hours!. Probably 2 in your case!.
Don't snack on high sugared foods, and processed foods!. These are only going to go in and out of your body!.
Try to eat some protein!. Find something you like!. If you are concerned with fat, then eat chicken!. You can be really creative in how you grill it, and how you season in!.
Potatoes in your case are probably another good thing to eat!. They can help put some meat back on your bones!.
Make sure you are eating fruit, whole grains and veggies!.
These make great snacks!. Trail mix is another snack that is high in protein and is easy to cart around with you!.
If finding the time to eat is a problem, then make sure you pack snacks to go with you, where ever you go!.
I think we all tend to get busy, and forget to eat!.
Milk is probably a really important item for your body to consume at this point!. You need to make sure you are getting enough calcium for your bones!.
Just make sure you are getting enough calories in!. It's calories in vs calories out, so if you are burning more than you are eating, you aren't going to gain any weight!.

i suggest that you have a few meals a day!. you should be consuming about 2,500 or 3,000 calories a day since your metabolism is so fast!.

Breakfast- ceareal, egg beaters, fruit, toast with peanutbutter
bagal

Snack: yogert with granola!. brownie, fruite

lunch: Sandwhich: -whole grain bread with chicken on it!. (or other meat)
-vegetables ( carrots/ cellery with peanutbutter)
-trail mixes (almonds, peanuts, raisins, chocolate)
- yogert with granola in it
snack: trail mix

dinner: meat, (steak, ham, chicken, ect) CARBS (rice, potatoes, breads) veggies

snack: toast with peanutbutter and an ice creamWww@Answer-Health@Com

keep eating whatever you're eating just more of it have to slices of toast instead of one, just double your intake of HEALTH foods
and i'd say you're a tad underweight maybe just by like 3-5lbs but still theres nothing wrong with being slimWww@Answer-Health@Com
