hi! low carb isnt that necessary!. just stay away from food high in fats!. here are some tips that might help:
1!. distribute your calories to a five meal a day (it helps your sugar to be metabolize well, small frequent feeding is the best)
2!. eat low fat meats like fish, chicken breast etc!. instead of red meats like pork and beef!.
3!. replace junkfood with salad or fruits
4!. drink lots of water
5!. avoid sodas(even diet sodas), and food with high sodium content!.

The only way you lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume its as simple as that,just have 3 meals a day and do cardio exercise for up to 2 hours a day and you will lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
