Constantly Growling Stomach?!

Constantly Growling Stomach?

It's really hard to lose weight when I usually eat alot, and now that I'm dieting I've cut way down BUT my stomach growls alot. Already today I've only been awake for 4 hours, I've had cereal w/milk, wheat crackers, and a "Smart Ones" (ckn & rice) meal which I finished about half an hour ago. Everything is around 720 calories altogether. I felt full but my stomach is already growling again. I have this problem alot when I diet. I'm being careful w/portions and making sure to eat healthy. So why is my stomach doing this? Because it's used to alot more? It's been 10 days of this and I'm trying really hard to stay focused, but the hungry feeling won't stay away for long. AND I'm drinking plenty of water. And walking. I'm just tired of being hungry all of the time when I'm trying so hard to eat right. Does anyone have any advice before I eat all of my calories up before dinner?? LOL...


Answers:

One good thing to try is to eat 5-6 smaller meals in the day. It will help with your hunger, but it will take some getting used to. You will want to eat a lot at regular meal times, but cut the portions down and then have a snack in between.
