Question: What to eat during football offseason!?
Im 14 years old and going to be doing freshmen football this year!. Im a lil on the heavy side but quite strong but slow!.!.!.!. I benched 225 and squated 265 last time!.!.!.!. just wondered what I should eat to improve my results and help lose some pounds!. I weigh around 236 ht!. 5'6 1/2Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat five to eight meals a day, every couple of hours!. This helps to keep the metabolism running and burning fat!. Make sure you eat lots of meat, such as lean beef, steak, or chicken! It is very important that you at least get your body weight in protein to maintain and grow muscles!. If you weight 200 lbs, eat 200 grams of protein spread out over the day!. Do a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) once a week too if you want to burn even more fat!. A HIIT is when you do something cardiovascular intensly, as hard as you can, for around a minute, then slow it down for around 45 seconds, then recycle the whole process!. Do about eight cycles!
