I really need help! I am 5 pounds overweight but Only with 3 pounds I am satisfied...i need ideas!

Start exercising and cutting calories. If you're under 18, don't eat any less than 1800 or 1700 calories a day since you're still growing, but if you're over 18, cut back to 1600 or 1300 calories.
Go biking, running, jogging, walking, treadmill, workout tapes, etc. and you'll se a difference.
