But first you ned to break down, why do you feel tired!?

Is it psychologcal!? Are you carrying stuff in your mind!? Maybe just droping them will make you lighter and more energised!?

Watver you do, do not resort to cafeine!

First start a raund of detox, have some celery, salads, maybe bron rice foods!.

After a few days 2-3 days you will feel so much more revitalised!.

You can try lentis, food with lendis in it!

Lentis has properties that invigorate your spleen to produce more adrenaline! that= means that as soon as you ll have a plate you will feel like rambo (and I am not kiding) it will produce enough adrenaline to make you feel strong and powerful!.

This has a great impact especially if you have been dealing with anger and your spleeen is not producing enough adrenaline, or is tired!.

(this gives room for when you need to give you adrenal glands a break, eg, have some liquirice root pills and see how you gona feel without any adrenaline for a few days, its great for reading and for writing, you might expderience strange emotions)!.

Other foods for stregth would involve a lot of protein, and I would recomend a bean salad! Otherwise you can go for nuts, or soya milk, even though u might want to consider that those soya beans are a bit genetically modified, go easy on them (nuts are totally safe)!.

You can also go for those energy bars, they got evrything in them


You can try corean ging seng in the morning, try to get a good quality one (the chep ones are not as good as the ones that are grown to say 6 years before harvesting, the root gets more gooness if left to grow for enough time)!.

You can also try ginko bilboa, and to tople it all there are so many combinations of multivitamins with all the stuf that you need!

Also fish oils, omega 3, 6 and 9 will mke you so good, you feel brand new!

and a combination of emega fish oils, ging seng and gingo bilboa is so good for your brain, for you memeory, for you heart!.

You will concetrate better!
you willperform better, you will laugh much more!
