Are weight loss pills effective? Are they safe?

I am thinking about using weight loss pills but I don't know if they are safe, or effective can you give me a list of safe and effective pills! THANKYOU!

Alli is FDA approved. It is not a stimulant so it will not cause heart jitters. It absorbs fat and if you keep your fat intake under 15 grams of fat per meal then you will not have any side effects. If you eat high fat foods you will get runny stools.... but only if you over eat.
