What can I do to loose more weight?
My husband and I have significantly changed our eating habits by quitting fast food, eating out rarely, along with cooking low fat and low salt foods along with more fruit and vegetables. We also have been exercising for about an hour almost every day for about 1 month. He has lost 15 lbs but I have only lost 6 and I am stuck.

Sounds like your doing pretty good losing 6 pounds in 1 month. Women lose weight slower than men. Also with all that exercising your gaining muscle which weighs more than fat.
