I always try and stop myself from eating,
Whenever I start walking over to the kitchen I just think in my head over and over again about how I don't really want to eat the food, and that I am just being silly!.
I also just chew gum, or hard candy!. I have a whole box of stuff like that,
coffee helps too, I never used to like it but it has 0 calories when you drink it black, or with sweetener!.
Sometimes I just make myself chug water over and over and over until I am just too full,Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't stop eating it is bad for you!. you should eat 3 healthyu balanced meals a day and 2-3 snack that are also healthy try to follow the food pyramid

Before you eat drink alot of water so you can get full faster!.Make sure its healthy food though!.Thats what i did and ive lost 12lbs in 2 weeks while doing 30 min!. a day on the treadmill :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
