I was 5'7 180, i lost nearly 30 pounds on the atkins diet!.

The only problem is that there are health risks now that are spoken of freaquently, but it really worked for me!.

Small changes you can make is switching from regular sodas to diet, or from sodas in general to water!. you could lose 10 pounds fast that way and feel better!.

Walk 30 mintues a day, it helps your metabolism!.

Take control, get out and walk daily!. 30 minutes or more of cardio is best!. Eat well and give up sweet sodas and snacks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
