As far as strength to weight, its not bad, but you sound like you have excess weight on you!.

You could probably lose a bit of weight, judging solely from your BMI; however, this isn't necessarily accurate depending on how muscular you are!. I don't know what your build is like, it's probably better to do a waist/hip measurement and consider that together with your weight--if you're really muscular, a healthy weight for you will be more than for someone else who isn't as muscular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Your height helps you out (because you are preety tall) but 229 lbs is still alot for your age!. Honestly I think lifting 215 is wayyyyyy too much for you and I would tsje it slow, and stick to a diet if you haven't already!.
