Exercise to get rid of stomach fat?
i need help, iv been going to the gym twice a week for 3 weeks and i have gained to pounds im doing alot of cardio work, i would like to no if that will help get rid of my stomach as its like jelly and its getting big and i would love to have a flat hard belly but also wnat to lose weight, how do i acheive this

Sorry to disappoint you but spot reduction is a myth. By this I mean that it`s impossible to lose weight from just ONE part of your body. In the three weeks that you`ve been going to the gym you`ve done just SIX workouts and that`s NOTHING !. For you to see progress you`ve got to give it at least SIX months and go at least THREE times per week. Cardio will help to lose weight but it`s not great for toning. For this I`d suggest you do some weights as well , as this will help to tone your body as you lose weight plus it`ll help you look much better. Remember, you didn`t GAIN your excess weight in three weeks and it`ll take a lot longer to LOSE it again. good luck.
