Weight Lose help???
Over the past three weeks, I have lost 15 pounds. I was very happy with my success. I just want to get in better shape for my son. But, for the past week, I have stayed at a constant, I have neither gained nor lost anymore. I have tried exercising more, and eating less. I'm not EXTREMELY over weight, I just want to lose 15 more pounds. Any suggestions to help kick it back into gear?

After a couple of weeks your metabolism naturally slows down that is why weight loss is so good in the beginning.
You'll probably lose between 1/2lb and 1lb per week from here on it.
However, if you want to kick start your system try and get hold of a weightwatchers book or have a look on their website and try to the do the 18 points per day kickstart. You should lose about 4lbs or so on this.
(It has worked for me int he past anyway).
