Okay over the summer I want to?!


Question: Okay over the summer I want to!?
Gain more muscle on my arm area starting winter i have hockey tryouts and i notice im not soo strong around my arms any ideas on what exercises i can do over the summer to gain muscle there!? And I don't have access to a gym so this needs to be stuff i can do at home without equipment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea push ups do like as many as u can in a set and do 5-10 sets of them and for tricepts do dips like on a chair--u set up lik ur gonna sit on the chair but go in front of it and put ur arms on the edge of the chair and dip down do like 5 sets of 10 of those for tricepts and bicepts will come with push ups but if u wanna just target bicepts u need weights to do bicept curls or pull ups are great!.!.or maybe something heavy you can lift but only workout everyother day for upper body on the off days its good to work out ur legs also they are the biggest muscle so u can get the most power from them!.!.ull get faster!.!.etc!. so try like squats, lunges, calf raises, running helps!.!.but u dont have to do lowerbody if u dont want it just helps!.!.!.but make sure u dont work out the same muscles everyday or they WONT grow u need them to rest thats when they grow which would be the off days (or days u do lowerbody workouts)!.!.more questions feel free to email me :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just do push ups, like 100 a day, your overall upper body strength will increase!. You could also go more unconventional with curling paint cans, your bike, or anything you can find to make some resistance!. pushups, pullups, swimming pool (you could do laps) , planks, side planks, leg lifts, lunges!.
you could buy some small weights and just do more reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Curls and more curls!. Get a heavy weight you can lift with two arms and go to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
