Lower abs help?!
Question: Lower abs help!?
ok my upper abs as hard a rock rock but my lower abs(5-8)muscles dont even show!.i know they are there but you cant see them!.what exercises could i do for them!.and dont say leg lifts because if you dont do them right they dont work your abs and i cant do them rightWww@Answer-Health@Com

You should continue to do as many sets of crunches until failure lower abs are more difficult to get!. If you weight 120 lbs and are 5'9 you have no belly fat so you basically have a head start!.Just keep at them you'll see results:)
A six is perfect !.Maybe for more Resistance you can hold a dumbell while you do situps!.
