What would be a good workout plan for me?!


Question: What would be a good workout plan for me!?
im 5'9 120 pounds!.i want to gain muscle!.everytime i make a workou plan it is to tiring!.i want to work on my upper abs,lower abs,obliques,biceps,triceps,traps,pecs,a!.!.!. legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm working out too my Y 360 has a pic of me and that's just from working out at home!.

But yeah what equipment do you have!?

Damn I was hoping you at least had a bench and weights to build your chest !.!.!. 4 wheelers are fun I would've probably done the same thing !.!.You can get a nice bench for about $80 from like Sears !. Than you buy the weights separately!. Maybe you can just get a gym membership!?
In the mean time you can just do a bunch of push ups and crunches!.
