What kind of condition are you in?
Are you a first time weight trainer?
Are you heavy or thin?
The things I can tell you are.
Tendons come along much slower than muscles.
First start out with light weights, 10 lb dumd bells and 3 reps, do 4 sets for the first week.
Week 2 do 4 reps and 4 sets.
week 3 do 5 reps and 4 sets.
Keep this weekly growth rate till you get to 25 reps and do 4 sets.
Do curls, military press, tricepts,butterflies, and a wide dumd bell bench press.
Add more weight and drop backt to 10 reps and 4 sets.
Work back uo to 25 reps and 4 sets.
Add more weight and drop back to, 10 reps and 4 sets.
Every time you to 25 reps and 4 sets, add weight
ect., ect., ect!
