Will my diet help me lose 20 lbs in 5 weeks??!


Question:

Will my diet help me lose 20 lbs in 5 weeks??

I'm a girl. 5'2" and 135 lbs. Pretty muscular build. Most people wouldnt say I look over weight at all... But I'd love to go down to 115 lbs- quick :). So will this diet do it? :)


Here is an example of what I eat daily.

Bfast- Whole wheat Oatmeal (110)
Snack- Small serving of baby carrots (30)
Lunch- 1/2 canned chicken noodle soup (50) and small spinach salad with low fat dressing (36)
Snack- 1 plum (40)
Snack- 2 egg whites (24)
Dinner- Small serving of salmon (100) and a salad (36)
Snack- 1/2 banana (40)

About - 466 calories a day.

I drink a lot of water during the day. And I have Wu-Long tea before breakfast and lunch.

And because I am consuming so little calories, I only burn about 150 calories through exercise. (walking, dancing, etc)


Anyways :), do you think this will help me lose 20 calories in 5 weeks? Or will I lose 20 lbs quicker than 5 weeks?

I know this isnt healthy, so PLEASE don't tell me that. Just answer my q plz. Th
