How can I gain healthy weight?!


Question: How can I gain healthy weight!?
I am a football player trying to gain 15 lbs by August
I have been weightlifting with the football program for the past 3 years and have been taking whey protein, eating pb&j sandwiches, and drinking milk, etc

How can i gain more muscle mass and weight in a couple of months without eating fast foods and other junk foodsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Creatine will help you put on a quick few pounds!. Continue to take protein powder with it!. Youll get stronger and put on a few pounds, but I will admit a lot of the weight will be water weight!. Eggs and tuna have lots of protein in them which will help you build muscle!. Also if you are working out with the football team, and they tell you how many sets along with how many reps!. If you feel that you can continue to do more reps or sets then do so!. You wont get stronger unless you push yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To gain weight, you need more calories, and the most high calorie food is fat!. But it doesn't have to be junk food!.

How about avocados or nuts!? Some honey-roasted nuts would fill the bill nicely!. They have the advantage of sugar+fat+protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your doing all you can, just make sure you're getting enough calories
