Losing love handles?!


Question: Losing love handles!?
i'm a pretty lean boy, i have been doing strength training for about half a year so i have nice abs,pecs,biceps and triceps!. but the most noteable place that i have fat is around my love handles!. whats the fastest way to lose them, im 14 btwWww@Answer-Health@Com

Remember you are still a teenager, your body is still growing and developing!. You do not want to do something that will hurt you later on in life!.

Here is what I suggest!. Buy the book "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips!. There are two elements necessary to lose weight effectively: a good eating plan and a good exercise plan!. He gives you a plan for both of these!. He gives you charts to fill out so you can plan your meals and exercise schedule!. The best thing about this is you get a FREE DAY every week, where you can eat anything you want to and you don't have to exercise on that day!.

For the eating plan, you have 6 meals a day!. 3 are snacks and 3 are meals!. That sounds like a lot, but it isn't!. He gives you examples of what you can eat and tells you when to eat!.

You exercise 6 days a week!. 3 days are aerobic-type exercises and 3 days are weight-lifting/resistance-type exercises!. The aerobic-type exercises are like joggin, running, tennis, any exercise you can do to exercise your heart at least 20 minutes a day!. He gives you a chart to help you regulate this exercise best!.

For the weight-lifting/resistance-type exercises, he gives you examples of the different exercises you can do that will affect the different parts of the body!. You don't have to do all of them!. You just plot the ones you want to do onto the chart!. There will be 2 for each body part!. If you don't have weights, he has exercises that can compensate for that, or you can buy small weights!.

The hardest part of this routine is the first 2 weeks!. After that, you will be ok!. Whenever you have a hard time, just remember your free day at the end of the week!. It will keep you going!. And you really can eat anything you want on that day!.

I know how you feel!. I'm pretty slim too, but my damn love handles kill it!. I've tried exercises and never noticed much of a change!. Eating healthier, however, did slim them down to some degree!. Hope I helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Side to side exercises!. Like something with trunk twists!. Running and oblique targetting!. Watch your diet, high protein from fowl and noodles or salad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
