Question: Is it just a coincidence or can 5 hour energy drinks cause this!?
i drank those 5 hour energy 2 oz drinks for like 4 days in a row because i found they gave me great energy and it claimed to be healthy with no crash!. i don't drink coffee and i drink maybe 1 caffinated soda a day!. anyway, i didn't drink an energy drink today or yesterday and i am so tired!. today is the worst- i just can't wake up!. is it possible that i was that affected by the drink, given that it was the first time i had ever tried anything like it!?
please only answer if you know anything about 5 hour energy drinks in particular!. they use mostly vitamin b (like 1000-3000%) as well as the same amount of caffiene as a cup of coffee- which i found out is pretty vague since coffee ranges from 150-300 mg in an 8 oz cup!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its really funny that you say that because yesterday I had the 5 hour drink and today i seriously cant get myself to do ANYTHING!. i am SO tired!.!. i am falling asleep as i write this!. i wonder why, because i got plenty of sleep last night and exercise yesterday!.!. but today i just cant!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This can happen to any stimulant you put in your body, be it Red Bull or 5-hour energy drinks or coffee!.

No energy drinks are good for you!. But you not having energy today is because of not drinking one!. Our bodies adapt to our diets!. You body was relying on the 5 Hour Energy to give it a boost and when it wasn't there you body had nothing to offer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
