Question: I need to help my son lose at least 5 lbs before football season begins!.!?
He is just under the season limit for his age group!. The dr!. keeps telling me his weight is fine but, I dont want him to miss out on the thing I know he truely loves!. Can someone please help me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

get his system flushed, you can take him somewhere and they can literally flush it or you can put him on a detox!. make sure that he drinks only water for a couple of days, lay low on the carbs and sweets/junk!.!.!.!.replacing snacks with fruit or low-cal, and he will lose the weight, i promise!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

He needs to cut sugar completely from his diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. Make him run a mile everyday in the morning and I suggest doing sit-ups and bicycle crunches before his first meall because you lose weight more on an empty stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if he wants to gain muscle then he could run a mile every day, and he would lose fat, and then he could lift weights to gain the weight back and more, but get muscle instead!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
