Question: Loose weight fast!?
Ok i been liking out this girl for a year now she now knows how i feel about her since i told her!.!.!.!.!.!. but the thing i used to be fat 270lbs i em now at 155lbs!? this isnt the way i was supposed to look im dissapointed!? the thing is i lost weight for her just so i can look good!!.!.!.!.(she has a bf wich is a bad influence for her he smokes so does she as of right now!, and cheats on her and talks bad about her also has said he wants to hit those!!.) ****She needs to upgrade****

1!.Anyway i can loose 15lb by middle august!? or loose alot!?

Eat foods low on the glycemic index!.!.!.you can check that on the internet!. Alternate your workout routines so you don't reach a plateau!.!.!.also building muscle mass helps burn more calories at rest so that should help too!. Any time you can increase you exercise, ie!. taking stairs instead of elevator that helps!. Eat small constant meals to increase your metabolism!.
