Question: Is doing wall push-ups as effective as standard ones!?
Answers:
No, to be honest it is nowhere near as effective!. Only a small portion of your body weight is pushed against in a Wall Pushup!.

In a regular pushup, there is a *lot* more weight being supported by your chest/shoulders/arms!.

if you're trying to work your way up to a "real" pushup, I recommend doing them on your knees first!. Then switch over to having your feet on the ground, but you can bend at your hips a little!.

Eventually, you will be able to do a perfect, straight-backed regular push up! You can do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
