i got some walmart brand water for my daughters lunch n it has magnesium/ sulfate/ potassium/ bicatbonate/ potassium chloride in it!.
whats that for!? this sounds bad, is it!?

It depends on the type of water you purchase!. Spring water tends to have more mineral ingredients, purified has few, and distilled does not have any!. Personally, I drink smartWater from Glaceau!. It is a distilled electrolyte water, its awesome!.
Also, there has been some research to suggest that the plastic water bottles leech out chemicals into their contents!. The lower the number on the bottom, the more there seems to be trend that small amounts of estrogens seep into the water!. From what I have read, the amounts are nothing to get alarmed about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the salt in bottled water (not all companies do this) is a trend for many soda companies as an alternative way to sanitize the water!. (my pool is salt water instead of chlorine)Www@Answer-Health@Com
