Best Balance of cardio Would be running, simply because alot less idle time is spent doing it, because you cannot mess up really doing it, and you don't have to stop for a breath!.

Well, Swimming is best for burning calories(aka fat) fast and also for building muscle!. Running is best for building endurance and muscle in your legs!. It burns calories but not as fast!. Jump rope does just about the same thing as running!. Overall i would say that swimming is bestWww@Answer-Health@Com
