How can i lose 50lbs fast?

I recently lost 70lbs but it seems like I'm stuck in one place I just can't seem to budge my weight I need to lose 50 more lbs to be at my goal weight which is 150

Try eating mostly fresh fruits and vegetables. Especially cucumbers or pickles since they are 0 calories. You can also have black coffee (0 calories). Then swim alot. Swimming burns from 450 to 650 calories an hour. More if you do it faster than you normally would. You will be dropping weight really fast. Just make sure to eat what you need and also take in some meats to protect your body from using it's own muscle mass as fuel. Don't use peanutbutter. Just 2 teaspoons is 200 calories! A bad snack.
