When should I eat breakfast?!


Question: When should I eat breakfast!?
I eat breakfast everyday at 10am!. I woke up at 5am and I'm hungry and I had a snack to keep me full for a while but it isn't working too well!. I don't wanna ruin my routine for when I have my meals!. Should I have breakfast now ( 5am ) or should I wait for my normal breakfast time ( 10am )!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you finish your daily chores within 1 to 2 hours after risimg from bed!. Immediately after you should take your breakfast!. This will give you enough time gap for lunch between noon and 2pm!. then you can eat some thing medium-heavy 3-4 hours thereafter, then the dinner as usual!. This routine will keep your stomach in order (and never empty)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I generally have mine at 9!.30am only because i am in a rush in the morning and get my son to school!. I come home and have mine and take my time with it!. I then get ready for work for the day!.

I tend to have porridge or yoghurt and fruit!.

At the weekends i have my breakfast within about half hour of getting up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want my advise i would eat breakfast as soon as you get up,

breakfast is the most important meal of the day, leave it to late then you can get ill (As i know)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are exercising i think you are better to eat within 20 mins to half an hour afterwards but if not I believe that breakfast on waking and a snack mid-morning is the way to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The proper breakfast time is around 8am till 9!.30 am!.!.!. If not your digestive system won't work that well!.!.!. Make sure u do some exercises before u take yr breakfast!.!.!.!. Remember that u should eat more n healthier than lunch n dinner!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
