Question: Should I sleep or stay up!?
It's 5am and I jsut had breakfast which was a mini bagel ( 120 calories ) and pretzels ( 220 calories )!. I want to get some more sleep in but I don't know if my food will store as fat if I sleep!. Should I sleep or stay up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

its a myth that foods is immediatly stored as fat if you dont burn it straight off!. its more about a balance over a few weeks!. you wont gain, or put on weight!. i have always eaten a snack before bed and have remained slim!. sleeeeeeeeeeeeeepp!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need sleep to function properly!. I find sleep useless (in a way, I know I NEED SOME), but I'd rather be up and doing things than wasting my time watching black for 8-10 hours a day/night!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
