How do I get out of my sedentary life style?!


Question: How do I get out of my sedentary life style!?
I live a sedentary life style and don't get much exercise!. I sit most of the day and don't walk around much!. I try to eat healthy by eating oatmeal every morning and sandwiches for lunch but at dinner I'm not as healthy!. Is there anyway I can start working out and start an active life style!? How can I make healthier choices!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your lifestyle is your frame of mind played out!. You're choices, reactions, etc depend on the way that you think!.
This is why diets do not work!.

To become healthy you have to start thinking the way a healthy person does, you have to feel like exercising!.
At first this wont be easy!. Realise that it's enjoyable, and the more you do it, the more you want to!. Not to mention that excersize releases endorphins from your brain to give you a natural feeling of well being!.

If you excersize to get healthy rather than look different you'll keep it up!. Physical changes often only appear after about 12 weeks!.Just so you knew that :)

Join a gym, go for a run (especially if you have a dog or something) walk through the park, go swimming, start playing a sport with a friend!. Even walking the stairs rather than taking a lift!. Find motivations, and remember that it'll make you feel really good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Add more exercise to your day!. I can't afford the health clubs, so I do things like parking farther away from the building where I work, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, going for walks or bike rides in the evening!. As for eating healthy, have a piece of fruit with your oatmeal, add a salad with your sandwich for lunch!. Eat a healthy snack in the afternoon!. Maybe if you aren't STARVING at dinner you will be able to make better choices!. Also, if you're the one doing the grocery shopping, just don't buy the things that will make you cave later on!. If your pantry and fridge are stocked with good stuff, you'll HAVE to make good choices! :)
