I am an Army Ranger in Fort Benning and a Former Abercrombie Model I can help!.

Do Push Ups and Sit ups inclined and normal about 200 of each a day starting out then increasing as much as you can!. Do like 25 every hour or 50 every hour just balance it out!.

The other thing I do is Isometerics it works really good!. For Chest go up to a wall and place you hand on the wall like you were doing a push up off of it!. just push as hard as you can flexing the whole time but make sure you don't actually move you body its resistence training its hard to type out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you lose fat and build muscle you can get cut!. You must have good toned underlying muscle to look cut!.
To build muscle without lifting weights you must do something like body weight exercises!. Go to menshealth!.com and search for body weight exercise for instructions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not really!. You could do a thousand push ups but that's just body weight!. To get actually cut figure, your muscle mass actually must grow quite a bit!. To do it, gradual increments of weights!. Power lifting, not just number of reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

push ups and pull ups!. if you can do regular push ups great, but if not, try them on something elevated like a couch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Quit being lazy and lift weights!. Its the only way to get large muscles!.

Unless of course you already have large muscles and you just want to cut the fat, in which case you just do a lot of cardio and eat healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start doing pushups and bench press!.!. first start with a little no!. of counts (twice in a day) then slowly increase the counts when u find it easy!. it will start makin impact in a month!.!.!. Been there!.!.!. cheersWww@Answer-Health@Com

its kinda hard to get cut with out lifting weights but you can look cut but not have a lot of mussle!. Running is the magic answer a lot of running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
