Question: How many calories should I take per day !?
I'm a women 23 years old 5f!.2 and I weight 95 pound !. I wonder How many calories should I take to stay healthy and not getting fat without doing exercise !? I don't want to lose weight just want to stay where I'm at !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think what you're looking for is something called your BMR!. This is the amount of calories your body burns in a day naturally - that is, you could be sleeping and your body would still burn this much!. At your age/height/weight, your BMR is 1251!.55 calories!. You also have to factor in how active you are!.
If you're lightly active - add an extra 200 calories
If you're moderately active - add an extra 300-400 calories
If you're very active - add an extra 500 calories
Whatever number you end up with, thats how many calories you have to eat to maintain your current weight!. Eat more and you'll gain, eat less and you'll lose!. Hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
