Very simple and easy diet for very overweight 15 year old boy?

my son is 15 years old and 6 foot tall and 360 lbs. My other kids are extremely thin and its so hard for him to stay on a "diet" - is there a very simple diet that he could follow that he could do for himself.

Whether the other children are thin or not, they also should be given only healthy options. Just because they don't gain weight as quickly or as much as your bigger son does not mean they should be allowed a diet of "whatever". You are sending them the message that the point is to be thin, not healthy. Their dietary habits now will continue to affect them their whole lives. Thin people can have high cholesterol and heart disease just as larger people. And what about when the thinner kids' metabolism changes as they get older and the unhealthy food they eat does begin to pack on the pounds? Hard to change those habits when you're 30. Sounds like the entire household needs to undergo a serious dietary change. There needs to be a focus on healthy options for all, not just how that twinkie is going to affect a certain person's waistline. Just make sure you make it a focus on health for the family for health's sake and not a "diet" for the "fat kid" that you all have to suffer through. Your kids' health, not just their appearance, is your responsibility as a parent. Good luck, 'cause it's not easy, but the benefits will be amazing.
