Answers:
Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 20!.8

To be over weight you must be over 25!.

You're perfectly normal and you do not need to lose weight to become healthy, as you already are!

But being healthy doesn't mean being physically fit!.

To lose weight you just need to exercise, especially cardio!.

Perform cardio interval training: Cardio interval training is simply short bursts of high-intensity exercise combined with more moderate intensity within the same workout!.

Studies have shown that people who perform interval training twice a week (in addition to two other days of lower intensity cardio) lose twice as much weight as those who do just a moderate cardio workout!.

You can add a 45-second super brisk walk to your treadmill workout in the same timeframe!.

Your body will be working harder and will be forced to burn more calories!.

Stay away from fatty foods and sodas, and you should be fine!.

Drink green tea, as it aids your metabolism and helps you burn calories!.

I hope I've helped!.

Edit - Ignore the scale figures, and focus on losing the thick thighs and the fat around your thighs! It's what you wanted, isn't it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a good weight for you!. I don't think you should try to drop more than a couple of pounds!.

Often, a little fat around the sides and thighs is just water retention!. This is caused (usually) by not enough fiber in your diet!. Try eating more wholegrain brown bread and other high fiber foods, this'll help burn off any excess water quite quickly!.

As well as that, do some moderate cardio to lose a little weight!. I wouldn't recommend any high intensity weight loss attempts, ending up underweight is just as bad as being overweight!. Moderate exercise like walking, swimming or cycling, for twenty minutes, three to four times a week, is a great way to lose a few pounds!. It'll also get your adrenaline pumping and make you feel better all round!

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, 110 pounds is a healthy weight!. I am 5'1 and I have curves! I'm not overweight but I weigh more than you!. I think it has to do with bone structure as well!. You can tone up by exercising!. Buy some good workout dvd's!.!. Ministry of Sound have fab ones!. But please keep eating!. You don't want to become skin and bones and have your bones break, your teeth fall out also your hair could fall out!.!. And not only that you could die!. Not a very nice scenario, is it!? Keep your healthy weight :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Please don't go under 100lb!. 110lb is fine, if you feel flabby then just tone up!. To tone up yours sides you need to work your oblique by doing crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
