Well, I don't so much as "work out" as have a very active life style!. any given day's "workout" consists of (when i have the time of course):
~waking up early and taking my dog for a four mile walk/jog/occasioanal run
~going for a 2-8 mile hike
~punching bag work out!. great stress relief!.
~streatches at any time of the day if I feel crampy
~swimming if the weather permits
~sports with my guy pals
~if it's the winter time, I go snowboarding at least once a week
~ in the evening, I go dancing with my girls
now, I obvioulsy don't do all of this in one day usually, but I'm the sort of person who doesn't really enjoy sitting still all that often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not as often as I should, and when I do work out it's just running, some weight lifting, core exercises, and a lot of stretching!. To be honest, when I work out I just do whatever I feel like doing!.!.!. I have no set routine!.
I think I get enough exercise most days without actually working out!. I play with my dog a lot and I swim every day that I can in the summer, plus all the regular day-to-day things (like cleaning) that could count as exercise!. I also walk a lot - I regularly walk to my gran's house (3!.5ish miles away) and back home!.

Well, my "workouts" are pretty tame!. I simply walk two miles a day (skipping a few days here and there if it's raining or if I'm crazy busy) with one pound weights in each hand!. It's pleasant because I walk through my neighborhood enjoying the flowers, trees, and birds!. If I have time I add another 1 mile walk later in the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
