Question: If I eat 1400 calories a day and then i burn 500 is that ok!?
I calculated that to lose weight I need to eat around 1400 calories a day!. But I work out on the elliptical for 45 minutes a day and burn 500 calories!. I do this about 3-4 times a week!. Am I still getting enough calories or do I need to eat more, because I do not want my body to start storing fat if I'm not eating enough with how much I work out!. Thanks! By the way i am 15 (almost 16), I am 5'5" and 150 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you are and that is a perfect balence for a healthy lifestyle!. you burn calories but dont go under 500 calories a day cause that is unhealthy and congrats for doing exercise not many teens do exersise :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
