I don't understand, I'm so tired, but I'm eating healthier?
So I use to eat sugar and junk food etc. but I've been on a "diet" because I want to join the swim team. I haven't touched sugar, candy, barely any bread, and I've been eating double my veggies and fruits, but.... where I use to be able to go all day with energy to spare, now I get up in the morning for an hour and always end up asleep on my couch without even realizing it. I go to bed around 10:30 to 11, and I get up around 6, anyone know what's wrong with me? any suggestions that could help?

the sugar kept you more alert =you should try a small walk in the morning to see what happens =if you stay tired then you should go see the Dr
